Office 365 – Como verificar as ativações do Office ProPlus por usuário

Nesse artigo, mostraremos como verificar as ativações do Office Professional Plus no Office 365, a qual é realizada através do login e senha de cada usuário. Os usuários que podem utilizar suas credenciais para fazer esta ativação fazem parte de um modelo de licenciamento que envolve também a inclusão de licenças do Ms Office, famoso pacote de ferramentas para escritório da Microsoft. Com isso, é possível ativar até 5 contas em computadores diferentes usando uma mesma credencial. Isso permite que o usuário ative no trabalho, em sua casa, no notebook e em um Tablet, para tornar o trabalho e a interação entre os dispositivos muito mais rica!

 

Passos:

1. Acesse a URL https://portal.office.com

2. Navegue até a opção Users > Active users, no menu esquerdo

3. Selecione um usuário, de preferência que já tenha ativado alguma instalação do Office ProPlus

4. No menu de ações que surgirá a direita, selecione a opção Office Installs e clique em Edit

5. No mesmo painel, será aberto um relatório com as instalações efetuadas por este usuário

Office 365 – Exportando os dados de usuários

Nesse artigo, mostraremos como exportar a lista de usuários e alguns de seus respectivos atributos no Office 365.

 

Passos:

  1. Acesse a URL https://portal.office.com
  2. Navegue até a opção Users > Active users, no menu esquerdo
  3. Selecione um ou mais usuários no Painel, selecionando a respectiva checkbox
  4. Na barra de ações central da página, escolha a opção Export
  5. No popup gerado na tela, selecione a opção Continue e faça o download do resultado em um arquivo .CSV

Office 365 – Como resetar a senha de um usuário no Portal

Nesse artigo, mostraremos como redefinir a senha de um Cloud User (não sincronizado) do Office 365.

 

Passos:

  1. Acesse a URL https://portal.office.com
  2. Navegue até a opção Users > Active users, no menu esquerdo
  3. Selecione um ou mais usuários no Painel, selecionando a respectiva checkbox
  4. No menu de ações que surgirá a direita, selecione a opção Reset Password
  5. Escolha entre a opção de gerar uma senha automática e aleatória (Auto-generate) ou de especificar uma senha manualmente (Let me create)

Office 365 – Habilitar Customer Lockbox

Nesse artigo, mostraremos como habilitar o Customer Lockbox, uma feature de segurança implantada para que o administrador do Tenant de Office 365 saiba e permita todo acesso aos dados do seu ambiente aos engenheiros da Microsoft.

 

Passos:

  1. Acesse a URL https://portal.office.com
  2. Navegue até a opção Settings > Security & privacy, no menu esquerdo
  3. Selecione a opção Customer Lockbox e clique em Edit, para ligar/desligar a opção
  4. Após isso, veja no Painel principal todas as requisições respectivas para acesso aos dados do seu Tenant pelo time de suporte.

Observação:

Se você não visualiza estas opções no seu Tenant, é porque está usando um pacote de licenças diferente do Enterprise 5 (E5), que dá direito a este recurso.
